alligator: STRANGER than Fiction - 04/27/07 09:12 AM

Hey AR-ers: I thought it might be fun to share some "strange" events we've experienced in our Real Estate career. For instance on showings, agent tours, writing contracts, etc. I'll start.
Oregon 2003: A client called me one morning and asked to preview a home I had e-mailed him. I said sure and we agreed to meet at the house in question. I printed out the listing info and read under "confidential" remarks: Use caution while showing. Tenant has alligator in home.
I thought this was a joke, but I called the Realtor just the same. She assured me there was, indeed, an alligator … (5 comments)
