Overall for the month of November, inventory was down, sales were up from October and prices holding. Sold prices came in within 4-6 % of list price.

Monday Evening Market Report for Lake Arrowhead
I've been saying for a month or so, that we're seeing a little change (for the better) in our local market. Fewer listings and more sales. The hottest ticket is the $300,000 and under price range, where we've had more repos, and those repos are getting scooped up by ready and willing buyers. My two cents!
