I had an interesting thing happen the other day that I think is worth chatting about. You all know I live and sell in the resort town of Lake Arrowhead. Well, in a resort area, there are quite a few rental companies to deal with (mostly) weekend folks and vacationers. We have several such companies to handle this type of business. And several do both: RENT & SALE.
One of my latest listings is that of clients whom I sold their home too a couple of years ago. And, when they bought it, they asked which company I would suggest to rent … (10 comments)

This is a rant of sorts and it isn't the first time I've brought up this topic, but it bares repeating; OFTEN!
Yesterday I was on floor when a nice guy comes in to ask about property. I sensed he was reluctant to speak, so I did my best to make him comfortable. Finally he said, "I'm looking to buy some vacant land..." and he goes on to share with me that he had spoken to MANY Realtors up here in Lake Arrowhead (on the phone), either calling about their listings or just trying to get someone to help him.
