A wonderful 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath Brick Cape with Great Room/fireplace addition just reduced to $479,900!  Wyckoff schools are among the very best in New Jersey, Wyckoff taxes are very reasonable considering all that is available in this wonderful town. Not only are Wyckoff schools wonderful, but the town offers several beautiful parks, recreation fields, tennis courts, a bustling center-of-town shopping area, and a wonderful wildlife center with walking paths.

Is the Luxury Market Dead? - 09/30/10 02:32 PM
I had my home on the market in Franklin Lakes, NJ, in 1988. Asking price was $1.66 mil. First offer I got was $1.065. I thought it was fair, but my soon-to-be ex didn't. By the time I convinced him to sign the contract, the buyers had found another home (this is why I call him my EX).  It wasn't until 1991 that the home finally sold, and --- are you ready for this --- at $715k. As if that weren't bad enough, that home wasn't worth a million $$ again until 2004! And today, it's probably worth $1.1 mil. I … (3 comments)
