I don't recall the person's name at FHA when I began originating mortgages but I remember her clear and consistent message  -- Homeownership Strengthens America. I took her mantra to heart and determined to be part of such a movement to build up our country, one real estate transaction at a time.

Property Virgins. It's a fun show. You ever watched it? I saw an episode the other night where the first time home buyers low balled two homes for sale, their offer beat on one house and the other offer so low, the seller did not even counter.
Here is what I really liked. The home buyers said what a lesson they learned. Cool! That's what I like so much about first timers. They are fresh, without experience and easily guided to success.
