342% ROI for staging a property! - 01/31/09 09:10 PM

The ROI for staging is 342% as stated by the most recent Homegain survey. And that number DOES NOT CHANGE when the market is down!!!!! $1200 in staging means a $4100 return. How do we best illustrate that to our homeowners frustrated that their houses that aren't selling?
