There are encouraging signs for Texas' real estate market, with many cities around the state showing improvement in 2012 over 2011.

I was passing through a busy interestion here in Boerne, Texas this past Saturday at around noon. Of course I was on my cell phone! But I noticed this woman standing on the corner, waving at passersby, smiling from ear to ear, and holding out a sign that said "You ARE Beautiful!"
I noticed a man on the opposite corner holding out a sign that said, "I Like YOUR OUFIT!" On another corner stood a young woman with a sign that said, "SMILE! God LOVES You!!"
