Chase REO. When do the agents have to enter REO offers? 5 days later? - 01/11/12 07:52 AM
The original buyer walked away, so my buyer made and offer AGAIN. Silly me, I thought that bank owned property offers had to be uploaded in a timely manner. Is five days considered "timely"?  It is a Chase loan. Does anyone one know the rules for how long you can wait before uploading an offer on a Chase REO?
My buyer is pissed that this wasn't uploaded immediately. Is this an agent playing games or are they following some rule? This property was pending, then came back on the market because the original buyer walked.

Yellow Pages, not what it once was. - 01/09/12 02:28 PM
Have you looked at the newest Yellow Pages phone book?  Now they are YP. I found out something very interesting while I perused. Unless you get your phone service from Bell South, you aren’t in the book. I was shocked, but I guess it make sense. Why would they go to the expense of listing people that do not purchase services from them? No reason. BUT, have the good sense NOT to rely on a phone book that is missing have the service providers in the area.

I have recently started coaching (yesterday). My coach is a hard taskmaster, but I am giving it a try. I want to succeed and I have to believe that if I do what I am supposed to do, I have no choice than to succeed.
