After a quick review of my Realtor.com account, I have noticed a SIGNIFICANT INCREASE in BUYER ACTIVITY ONLINE in JANUARY! This is GREAT NEWS for ALL of US NATIONWIDE! I imagine this is not only specific to Hillsborough County, Florida, which includes Tampa, Brandon, Valrico, Riverview and the South Shore area. The Tampa area has been predicted to show a very strong recovery due to our job growth potential and strong economy, as well as FANTASTIC CLIMATE and ATTRACTIONS. Is anyone else noticing increased traffic as well online???;)
