If you are told the sales reps represent all parties in the transaction.... It is incorrect. Most Builders do not hire licensed REALTORS for the following reasons. Let me start by saying I see many homes. Re-visiting this New Home Community in Mid-Prince William County today, I toured a new home available in the same community by a different Builder. (Please see Review and Report written on 5/11/2011 about this community.) All I can say is WOW! It was a great home and it felt like a great home with each step and look. O.K. so it was a very beautiful day, one of the prettiest so far. The kind of lush and green leafy days that Virginia is famous for. So pretty. Any neighborhood would look good on a day like today. Driving and walking through this new home community in Mid-County Prince William, the neighborhood was buzzing with people walking and talking. You could smell the spring scents mixed in with the smell of lumber and freshly excavated dirt where the new homes are being built.

Once again we are seeing multiple offers being placed on homes. One of the listed homes within my office had 20 offers last week. With the recent influx of Bank Owned Homes or Foreclosures coupled with Short Sales in the Prince William County and surrounding areas, prices plummeted and adjusted over the last few years.
