Preparing to sell your home?  Remember....it becomes a product on the market.  It is so important to get correct information from your Agent so that you do actually capture the highest price for your home.  Making uninformed, biased and poor decisions leads to lost monies and possible lost equity.  We see plenty of these home sellers on the market.
You want accurate and correct housing market data if you really wish to move forward with your life and plans.  It should not be based on information you "want to hear' if it is incorrect.  That is a great dis-service to you.

Appraisals are changing per the guidelines required by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
This is very important for sellers or those considering listing and selling their home.
Also important for Buyers.
