I have been negotiating Short Sales and receiving approvals for my clients since 2006. The first Agent within the office to take on the process and successfully achieve resolution with approvals. All my Clients have received approvals, minus one.

Buying a New Home and going through the construction and build out?
Here in Prince William County we have a lot of new construction. Many builders are providing beautiful floor plans and great customizable spaces that can be designed to fit the buyer's lifestyle. In my recent post I visited a New Home Model in a new community that was designed superbly.
Another new Home Community offered wonderful homes with great spaces and exceptional incentives. The locations could not be better, located approximately 20 miles south of Washington DC.

Let me start by saying I see many homes. Re-visiting this New Home Community in Mid-Prince William County today, I toured a new home available in the same community by a different Builder. (Please see Review and Report written on 5/11/2011 about this community.) All I can say is WOW! It was a great home and it felt like a great home with each step and look.
This home was proportionately right and... it felt right. That Feng Shui feeling you immediately get and feel. With a price point in the low to mid $400's, again I'll say WOW!
