I would highly recommend this conference to anyone who is looking to increasetheir real estate business. It is a "how to" full day filled with simple and easy to use tools and suggestions that you don't have to be a tech geek to use. My top three favorites are:

1. Maximize your site by finding the best key word phrases with Google Wonder Wheel.The wheel will show you alternatives to your key word phrase and in a "mind mapping" format, allows you to explore more information. 

2. Create more success on your IDX with having a unique URL--i.e., search homes from $100,000 to $200,000.

3. Increasing my blog rankings by having the title geographic specific, short and concise and named after the phrase I want to rank.

Actually since the conference is still going on and we're just at the afternoon break, there might be a a different top three by the end of the day--if so watch for the next post.
