Free Ice Cream! My son came home from school today asking that we go to Friendly's on Saturday. From noon to 5 PM, the well-known ice cream store is holding its annual Free Ice Cream Day, and the Friendly's in Sturbridge is indeed participating. Friendly's is offering a free single scoop of ice cream in a cone or dish. Perfect for an after-baseball or softball treat. We've never attended this event, so I can not offer any tips on the best times to go, but the weather report looks perfect for an afternoon ice cream break. Check the Friendly's web (3 comments)
