Holland, MA: Come out and enjoy a morning in Holland, MA, and support the Holland Elementary School as well. On May 22, 2011, there will be a road race and an tons of fun for the whole family.
The 5K starts at 10 AM at Holland Elementary School at 28 Sturbridge Road in Holland. There is also a kids 50-yard dash at 9:30 AM. The races end at The Finish Line - famed racer Dick Hoyt's restaurant in Holland.

Mass Motion Dance is hosting dancers from Germany's Infinnity Tanzhaus Bodensee during April school vacation week and providing them with an opportunity to perform for our community.

Brimfield, MA:  The Brimfield Trail Committee will hold its 3rd annual Brimfield Trail 5K Trail Race on Saturday, April 30, 2011.  This off-road race benefits the trail committee's trail reclamation project and will be run on a section of the Titanic/Grand Trunk Rail Trailin Brimfield, MA.

Thank you to Tagrid Shunia of Florida for writing this important article.  If you are considering rentaing a home instead of purchasing one, be aware that landlords are taking a close look at tenant credit reports.  Bottom line:  You must show that you are responsible with your finances whether you rent or own a home.

Sturbridge, Southbridge, Brookfield:  The Central Mass South Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a multi-town Restaurant Week here in Central Massachusetts.  A dozen local restaurants are participating and will be offering special menus for the week of April 11 - 17, 2011. 
Each restaurant will have its own Restaurant Week menu; however, the price will be the same at each restaurant:  Lunches will be $11.11, and dinners will be $20.11 per person.  What a great opportunity to sample the specialties at each restaurant.
