You're So Nice. Can You Really Sell Our Home?  This was a question asked of me by a potential seller client this week, and I have to admit it is the first time this particular question has come up!  The potential client knows me in various other roles in life and has not yet had the pleasure of seeing the real estate agent within.

The Worcester Women's Council of REALTORs (WCR) will hold its annual fall fund raiser on Tuesday, September 27, 2011.  This year is certain to be an entertaining evening, as local real estate agents (including yours truly) and mortgage pros hit the runway to model fall fashions and evening wear.
To add to the fun, the males involved will also model bras that have been elaborately decorated by other members of the show!

Congratulations to my buyers, who purchased this bank-owned property in Warren, Massachusetts.  The home has 3 bedrooms, two baths, some finished areas in the basement and is located on a beautiful lot.  It may look like an ugly duckling now, but I have every confidence that my clients will make this home shine.
