Below is a great article providing perspective for home sellers.  A home priced correctly will sell.  If you expect to get a certain amount out of the home sale, you may be setting yourself up for a long time on the market or perhaps no sale at all.  You must decide what is more important:  Cash, or moving forward.

On Thursday, July 12, 2012, the Tri-Community Y will celebrate
the 50th anniversary of its very own Camp Foskett. 
 
Families in the area are invited to attend the celebration at the lakeside camp.  Activities will feature fun and games for all ages, along with food and drinks at the camp.  The festivities start at 5 pm.
