The market in Central Massachusetts continues to move at a brisk pace. Consider this property, which I listed in April of 2016. Within one week of coming on the market, the seller had accepted an offer. This is a modest home: 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, just over 1100 square feet, and an acre of land. How did the real estate market perform in Holland, MA in the year 2011? As with many towns in South-Central Massachusetts, Holland saw a slow real estate market in 2011. Sales were slow, and prices were down. The graphs below show the story quite vividly:
