I don't like delivering bad news, and I know you don't like receiving it (I get unsubscribes). At the same time I want to tell you what I see: There are some serious (additional) problems right now, directly affecting real estate. It looks to me like it's going to get a lot worse worse before it gets better. Yet, when doors close, others open - there are resulting opportunities as well (See below). Here are some of the reasons/symptoms:- 1.5 million homes in foreclosure

Last week, while traveling a friend told me , she noticed a Marine Sgt. traveling with a folded flag, but did not put two and two together. She told me
after they boarded their flight, she turned to the sergeant, who had been invited to sit in First Class (across from her), and inquired if he was heading
home.
"No," he responded. "No. I'm escorting a soldier home." He is with me right now. He was killed in Iraq , I'm taking him home to hisfamily."The realization of what she told me hit me like a punch to the stomach.
