The web presentation of this property presold it. The purchaser commented prior to viewing the property if the property measured up to the presentation he would buy it, and he did. We have also had out of town Purchasers come … (6 comments)

Just A Reminder - 09/02/08 08:17 AM
The Labour Day weekend traditionally heralds a return to school with over 800,000 of those children throughout Ontario riding a school bus to school.

IT IS THE LAW
All vehicles traveling in both directions must stop when approaching a school bus with its upper red lights flashing. (the only exception is on a divided highway separated by a median if you are approaching the school bus from the opposite direction)
Penalties For Not Stopping
First offence $400 to $2,000 and six demerit … (8 comments)

Summers Evening - 09/02/08 07:32 AM
With picture perfect weather we have just had one of the best weekends on record for the summer.

The Labour Day week end is the signal that summer is drawing to a close. It … (24 comments)
