Bank changing locks - 11/17/10 06:33 PM
Why is it legal for a bank to change locks on a home that is in the Short Sale process?The owner has vacated the home.  A date of 1/28/11 has been established for the property to go into foreclosure. My feeling is that technically the seller is still the rightful owner.  How can the bank legally lock them out?
