Prescott Valley continues to rate among the best places to retire. We have tremendous year round weather. All four seasons, with very mild winter and pleasant fall and spring weather. We are a growing community, with a population of approximatly 38,000 with a projected 2020 population of 80,000. There are several master planned communities, including one Adult gated Community and one Adult Community of manufactured homes, along with several golf communities.
