It's the middle of summer and is it hot! Probably not the best time to actually have a garage sale but a good time to plan one for when the weather turns cooler. Get together with family or neighbors - the more sellers you can get involved the better! Make sure your homeowner's association allows garage sales and make sure to determine if a permit is required or not.
