lost deals: Disappointing Day - 06/05/09 02:00 PM

I had clients involved with a short sale and I guess that they just got tired of waiting. I got a call saying that they want to withdraw their offer and are buying something else with another agent. I could never really get through to them that the banks work in mysterious ways and we agents had nothing to do with the long process of getting an answer back.
