So I am well underway into doing many open houses.  For some reason a lot of agents in the Northern KY market do not do Open Houses.  Not sure why.  I have met several buyers while out and about in opens and they are surprised to hear me say "positive" things about our market.  HUH?  Apparently there are a lot of agents who have nothing good to say to their buyers and sellers.  They blame everything on a downturn in the market and do not focus on what they can do for their clients.  I tell the people I meet that you will get the "truth" from me and it will come to you in a positive way not a negative way.  I promise to work with you to find a positive solution to your housing needs.  Be it, selling or buying.  If alot of Realtors would just change their negative attitudes I think our markets would be just a little bit better and our buyers and sellers could be a little bit more at ease.  Attitude is EVERYTHING.  Try it.  It's contagious.
