News flash people… No one is coming, there is no one who is going to show up to change your life, no white knight with silver armor riding in on his stallion, nobody’s got any pixie dust or a magic wand, the cavalry is not coming over the hill and just stop and think for a moment, do you really even want to meet someone who steps out of the darkness, you might just want to run the other way.

Like it or not YOU’RE IT! No one is going to change your life but you! So you can stop waiting, stop procrastinating, stop some-daying and stop giving your power away to circumstances, conditions, your personal history, and that yakity yak voice inside your head that’s holding you hostage.

YOU are your last great hope for change and you are more than enough. You have always been more than enough, you showed up with everything you needed already built-in and any other resources you need are at your disposal. You are never helpless, and you have never been helpless, even though there may have been times when helplessness became too constant a companion.

You can change your life, you can be anything you want, do anything you want and have anything you want. But, here’s the catch… You have to know what you want, and the more specific you are the better.

And if you think for a minute that you can set mediocre goals and get leverage on the stranglehold your humongous subconscious mind has on your beliefs and behaviors, you are totally kidding yourself. You must set big, big, big goals that have juice, jazz, passion & wow in them.

Commit to raising the bar, to expecting more, getting more and earning more now, because you’re worth it & you deserve it. In truth there isn’t anyone more capable of making your life more magnificent, more prosperous, more peaceful, more joyful and more remarkable than YOU.

And until we meet again, ponder this a bit… Success is a journey you must take by yourself and you can’t do it alone.

In all that we do we get to choose. We are always choosing. We choose the thoughts we think. We choose our intentions. We choose our beliefs. We choose to believe we can or we choose to believe we can't. We choose what we say and whom we say it to. We choose our self-talk.

 We choose our goals. We choose our professions. We choose our careers. We choose our hobbies. We choose our habits. We choose our actions. We choose to have a good day or we choose to have a bad day. We choose our attitude. We choose every day what our life will be. We choose to be happy. We choose to be sad. We choose to be angry. We choose to be thankful. In all things, we get to choose.

 We have so many choices to choose from, we sometimes forget who's doing the choosing. It is always our choice. We get to choose in and we get to choose out. We choose how we play the game of life.

We can choose to expand our vision or not. We can choose to change our beliefs or not. We can choose to make our dreams come true, to play full out and to live with passion. We choose yes or we choose no.

 We choose! And what we choose, the choices we make, rule our lives. We live the lives we choose to live. It's always our choice and our choices today create all our tomorrows.

Choose well. Choose to follow your dreams, to believe in yourself, to see your brilliance. Choose faith over fear. Choose happiness, peace, joy, love, prosperity and while you're at it, why not choose greatness too!

Do This Exercise: Ask Yourself, "Am I making choices that support me or stop me?"

Keep a Journal this week and jot down all the great super supportive choices you make that move you closer to your goals. Make making the best choice a new habit!
