I joined Active Rain on March 28, 2007 and have been Loving it here ever since.  Yes, it has  taken  some time to do this almost 4 years and the Journey has been great.
When I first joined I was not sure what Active Rain was all about.  I was a Brand New Realtor wanting to learn as much as I could about the Business.

You know the old saying, "A Picture is worth a thousand words"?  Well when it comes to Real Estate having poor pictures can cost you thousands of dollars!!
When preparing your house for the Market, having great photos is absolutely essential.  Greater than 90% of Home Buyers go to the Internet looking for a home and when searching they are specifically looking at pictures.  If you do not have the right pictures up, your house won't be viewed,  plain and simple!
