I'm going to show a rural listing in a little while- nice place 32 acres and a big 70's house on a dead end road. Luckily most people in our area like to hunt because the listing is right across from a bird-huntng preserve. The pheasants that escape are likely to fly right over to our listing....

That's the good news - the other half of this is that they are low and getting rejected! Every agent in our office is experiencing this. A lot of these are on bank owned properties - too many folks are listening to the " you can buy a house for $625" spiels. I haven't written any that low but...
