Please people if you are reading this today 3/6/09 get on Inman News and read Lou Barne's column! As usual he makes perfect sense. Now back to the subject - I can't imagine what kind of thinking produced the idea of having the bankruptcy courts be in charge of this aspect of the lending crisis....
