I am mad as hades, and am not going to sit silently again.  My husband and I have sold our home and are buying another one.  We are getting a conventional loan good downpayment sterling credit. 
So what!  We are being treated like we were 25 years ago when we had nothing and no credit and had to beg finance companies for a loan.  The kicker today was being told that paying off my credit cards wasn't enough I had to cancel them.   And this is with my very best lender.

Have I spotted a Trend? - 11/01/11 11:18 AM
I have been noticing an increase in multigeneration sales lately.  Grandma and mom and grandson all buying a house together - there have  even been several  four generation sales in our office. 
Is this just in our little rural always depressed area or are you seeing it too?
With the low prices and low interest it really makes sense.  Clients of mine just bought a postwar bungalow in Nyssa Oregon for 61000.  We aren't a foreclosure or short sale area (that's 25 miles away in Canyon County Idaho), so this was a normal sale.
