It's that time of the year again! Country Fair in Rancho Bernardo presented by Maranatha Chapel! Admission is free and so are the rides! Bring your kids and come early since it closes at 9am! They will be lots and lots of candy for kids! A great alternative to trick or treating.

100% Commission does not mean no broker support! - 10/26/08 08:26 PM
After 3 years of recruiting agents, I find that most agents have the mentality that companies that take very little of their commission, like mine, are fly-by-night gags that provide little or no broker support. I guess their supicions are justified since there are these brokerage that charge very little and the broker is working full time somewhere else and just set up a real estate company for a quick buck.
I feel really unfairly judged because being an agent with a big company myself for 10+ years, I sincerely feel that brokers are making way too much money when the … (11 comments)

I still remember when I first arrived in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego 11 years ago house hunting because my husband found a new job and we had to relocate to San Diego from Northern California. From the freeway, I saw this picturesque town with red roofs and trees. I immediately was excited about the move.
Rancho Bernardo is a small town, in the northern part of the city of San Diego. It is about 20 miles east from the beaches. You are in the suburbs, but you are never 20 minutes away from everywhere.

Are lenders more willing to negotiate short sales now with the government bailout plan? But if they are, many homeowners that are way upside down will just want to short sale their homes and start over. I know people that took out home equity loans for various reasons that are attempting to short sale their home. 2 people I know are short selling because they took money out to do business and the businesses failed. I am experiencing a drastic slow down on BPO orders. I am wondering if this has anything to do with the bail out? Maybe this is only where I am? Probably the banks are still try to figure out the bail out and what they need to do. I would really appreciate your comments and feedbacks.
