At Abacus, we believe in good training for our agents. We want to give our new agents a good solid foundation. Our "Road-To-Success" training series is divided into 5 important areas:
Week 1: Purchase agreement and related contracts/disclosures
Week 2: Prospecting and business planning
Week 3: Listing agreement/Buyer Broker agreement
Week 4: Listing presentation
Week 5: Disclosures/Lawsuit avoidance
Our goal is for the new agents to be equipped with the basic knowledge to conduct good, sound and ethical business.
