wordpress: wordpress or activerain? - 05/28/10 09:11 PM

I just attended a introductory social media class at our San Diego Realtor Association. One of the few ideas I picked up was sign up with wordpress, host your own site. I have always thought to put all my blog contents on activerain, believing with all these realtors blogging, it will bring my blogs to the top of search engines. The instructor explain that on activerain, you don't owe your contents, whereas wordpress you do. Their suggestion is to post some on activerain, so you have a presence, but keep your contents on wordpress. I am not sure how true that is, … (9 comments)
