Current Economic Times have some considering Real Estate as their new Career.
After interviewing a prospective agent this week, I was reminded about all of the changes that have happened in the Real Estate Business over the past decade.  The unemployed workforce is out seeking all new avenues of income and curiously enough many still think Real Estate is easy money. Hah!!! The local community Hospital Foundation is offering booth space to businesses to promote their service. My question to the Foundation chairperson was, "How does Real Estate relate to good health?" Her response, "You could provide information about how keeping a healthy house could promote a healthy lifestyle."  So that got me to thinking, what health concerns are there with maintaining a house that would be appropriate for a Realtor to present?
