Current Economic Times have some considering Real Estate as their new Career. After interviewing a prospective agent this week, I was reminded about all of the changes that have happened in the Real Estate Business over the past decade. The unemployed workforce is out seeking all new avenues of income and curiously enough many still think Real Estate is easy money. Hah!!! The guy who came for a visit described how he had learned a lot from his mother who used to be in the business approx 12 yrs ago. Floor time, walk-ins, call-ins, "if you build it, they will come"

real estate tips: Dear Doctor: How can my House Promote better Health? - 03/21/10 07:36 PM
The local community Hospital Foundation is offering booth space to businesses to promote their service. My question to the Foundation chairperson was, "How does Real Estate relate to good health?" Her response, "You could provide information about how keeping a healthy house could promote a healthy lifestyle." So that got me to thinking, what health concerns are there with maintaining a house that would be appropriate for a Realtor to present? I am not a home inspector, nor do I want to overstep the bounds of my profession. While I have a notion that providing a different approach to demonstrating
