The numbers of single family homes sold is down from 2010, but last year during the same time frame the First time Home Credit was still in affect; which definitely affected the amount of activity in the market. There have been 20% more homes sold in 2011 vs. 2010 for properties priced under $100,000 There is only 4 months of inventory for houses priced under $100,000; it's a seller's market in this price range.
