Colorado Springs Real Estate I've been representing a buyer in a short sale in Colorado Springs and it's been 3 ½ months and we still don't have an answer from the bank. I was doing some research on the property today and found out that the property is officially under foreclosure, which in Colorado means that a Notice of Election and demand has been filed. But while I was searching I found out that 4 other properties on the same street, within 6 blocks are also under foreclosure; which is great information for my buyers to be advised about. I have
