Here is a market snapshot which is all Ann Arbor areas combined. This chart shows that Ann Arbor residential asking prices compared to June last year are up 26 percent and sold prices are down by 37 percent.
So bottom line, the Ann Arbor market is stabilizing. Downward pressure is exerted by foreclosures and short sales. Again Ann Arbor homes are affordable, choices are abundant and low interest rate financing is available. Saline Market Update for June - 07/27/10 02:10 PM
What is happening in the Saline Real Estate market? How much are homes selling for with regard to average Sales Price per Square Feet? In 2009, the average sold price per square foot is about $110.35. The chart provided by Affinity Valuations, appraisal company, shows the trend line of average sale price per square feet sold in Saline schools over the last 12 months. As you can see the trend line shows prices around $110 per square feet over the last 12 months.

In and around Ann Arbor Art Fair this year, we snapped some photos and have a a link to a flckr stream of Art Fair photos. Many believe that traffic was still around 500,000 and will actually be determined by the transportation department. Apparently, one of the indicators is the trolley wait. Take a look at what I saw in Ann Arbor among all four fairs.

Dexter, Michigan Real Estate Results Shows 13 Months of Homes Available for Sale Dexter residential supply is now about 13 months.
