According to Lawrence Yun, NAR National economist, the national median existing-home price for all housing types was $170,600 in November, up 0.4 percent from November 2009. Distressed homes have been a fairly stable market share, accounting for 33 percent of sales in November; they were 34 percent in October and 33 percent in November 2009.
Foreclosures, which accounted for two-thirds of the distressed sales share, sold at a median discount of 15 percent in November, while short sales were discounted 10 percent in comparison with traditional home sales.

It is vital to review the short sale approval letter with the submitted HUD as the listing agent and the buyers agent.
Many buyer agents are not reviewing the short sale approval letters.  They are not even asking for them as part of the negotiating process.  When a short sale approval letter is received,  it must be read very carefully.  Go back to grade school and remember the content tests.  To get an A, review and comprehend all the details.  That means you may need to read it a couple of times. I'd say that they same holds true to the short sale approval letter.

Breast Cancer Survivor With Positive Attitude in Ann Arbor, MI - 12/24/10 10:22 AM
I am a breast cancer survivor.  Luckily, I found a lump in my breast because the mammogram revealed nothing.  So I proceeded to ultrasound and discovered an irregular shape in the very early stage.  After a needle biopsy, I booked a surgeon as I had a malignancy - Invasive Ductal Carcinoma - IDC Breast Cancer.  The oncogenes were ERA positive and HER2neu positive.  I had a lumpectomy along with breast reconstruction.  The sentinel lymph nodes had metastasized so I want back to have more lymph nodes removed under the arm on my left side.
