Updated data from the Board of Realtors from around the State of Michigan has now been reported and the final numbers state the average sales price was up 7.9 percent in 2010!  Michigan continues to show improvement.
Despite the decline in the number of sales in some markets, several have shown an increase in selling price of 30 percent or more.
