I recently told you about the family-friendly University Palisades community in Ann Arbor. Today, let me tell you about Travis Pointe South, a beautiful neighborhood located in Lodi Township, with 61 homes on spacious lots between Ann Arbor and Saline. They were constructed between 1985 and 1987 by Bayberry Construction. Travis Pointe South is adjacent to Travis Pointe.
The lots are around one-acre in size, and the homes range in size from around 1800 square feet to over 2500 square feet, with some homes backing onto landscaped grounds with quaint ponds.

Saline residential supply is now about 11.7 months. It would take 12 months for all the homes to sell if no other homes came on the market. Anything over 6 months supply is a buyers market.
