Washtenaw County is doing exceptional overall. The December Average Sales Price went from $204,322. To $217,080 showing an increase of 6.24% The 2012 Number of Sales Year-to-Date was also up 8.01%. In addition, the report shows another important statistic for Sellers which is that the Year-To-Date Average December Price increased by 9.36% over last year having gone from $194,967 to $213,221.
