90 Day Flipping Rule Temporarily Waived FHA just made another change that will help realtors, purchasers, investors and also help reduce the housing inventory. Until now, (new program starts 2/1/2010) if you bought a property to fix up and sell, FHA would not allow you to write a purchase offer on that property unless you had owned that property for 90 days. Since FHA is a great loan option and is used by many 1st time homebuyers if the property was renovated in 30 days and listed you could not write that FHA offer until 60 more days. This meant

I have blogged recently about my frustration with agents that work part time. Something always slips through the cracks. Last week I called two agents that I currently have sticky deals with. It takes a while to get in touch with them. They have full time jobs and real estate is part time. Unfortunatly, sometimes we are only as good as the other agents. A recent survey of recent home buyers conducted by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) pointed out a bunch of home features that rank high with homeowners. The 2007 Profile of Buyers' Home Feature Preferences found that buyers preference for oversized garages (two car or more) was increasing more than their preference for any of the other 75 home features and room types on the survey.
