That’s quite an achievement for a company that’s been on island just over a year! "I want to sell my house in Kona in 30 days" a recent post on Trulia Voices said. My answer? Of course I did my typical due diligence - looked up the comps, crunched the numbers, gave my suggestions and opinions - but at the end of the day, this Seller and myself both understood, in this market, it's all about price.
