I had an appointment a week ago with a woman who had her home on the market last fall. It didn’t sell and the listing expired.  She left if off the market over the holidays and is now getting serious about selling again.  When going over my marketing plan, I told her I could assist with the staging of the home.  Her reply surprised me.
