Just closed a Bank of America Short Sale and they were reasonable to deal with! - 11/23/10 09:48 AM
Granted it took 4 months, but still at the end of the day, the short sale with Bank of America closed, and I even got paid a full 3% commission.  I do not want to say that the bank was easy to deal with, but they were much easier than the other short sales I have done in the past.  Is this an abberation, or a sign that banks are becoming more reasonable?!  Hopefully it is the latter of the two, so we can all exhale a little and make some well deserved money!!
