I am not one to turn business away, but if there is one thing that the last couple of years has taught me, it is to avoid black holes looking to steal my time.
I was referred a client that is coming into town for a couple of days, and in that time they want to see everything within their price range, compare all of the neighborhoods, and see as much of the city as possible in their 2 days.
