What do you do when you do not recognize that phone number?  Do you send it straight to voicemail or do you answer it?  If you do send it to voicemail, then you know that people do not leave messages over 50% of the time.  If that was a potential buyer or seller, they probably moved on and called the next agent that they found online.  What a shame though, beacause it was money calling!  It was a buyer who was pre-qualified and ready to buy, or a seller that was ready to sit down for a listing appointment tomorrow.  … (3 comments)
