Bidding wars are breaking out, prices rising in one of Maryland’s hardest-hit markets   
     The Baltimore City housing market is showing signs of improvement, even generating bidding wars among buyers for well-priced homes.
     The Baltimore City area was one of the hardest hit by the foreclosure crisis.  Prices have fallen 30% from their peak.
     Now, “We list a property and, within two or three days, we have multiple offers,” says Aaron Rice of the Maryland Luxury Group of Keller Williams Realty Baltimore.
