I have been remiss lately – my blogging has faltered as instead of paying attention to what needs to be done today, I find myself focusing on what should have been done yesterday, what could be done tomorrow and failing to implement the potential useful tips and hints. A real estate website lacking a property search tool is not only non-competitive, but in this day and age, it can be safely called obsolete. Assuming you are a realtor who sees the importance of keeping up-to-date technologically, the next question is: where to start? It can be confusing to choose a search tool.
