The Worst Time in the Real Estate Market - 09/12/08 06:54 PM
 
 
 
It has been my experience in the last ten years in as a professional real estate associate that the last 2 weeks in August and the first two weeks in September are the worst of the market.  It happens every year because schools are starting, kids are going off to college, tuition is due, books, room & board, clothes and the start of a new routine that one has to get used to all over again.  Those that are going to relocate for the new school year have by now.  It's lots of changes for the family.

Mortgage Rates Dropped - 09/10/08 02:24 PM
Looks like the mortgage rates are dropping since the conservatorship of Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac was taken over by the Gov.  NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY!  Investments, second homes, vacation homes or primary residences.
